Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your operations manager to maintain efficient operations and project budgets while providing leadership to your crew
• Work within a landscape crew of 2-3 employees
• Operate/supervise the safe operation of a variety of property maintenance equipment including walkers, zero turns, walk‑behind mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.
• Plant knowledge for garden maintenance duties is a huge asset
• Maintain assigned equipment and report required repairs
• Support Jeff's Outdoor safety, performance and culture
• Winter season snow removal experience required (plow operator)

Requirements

• Advanced landscape maintenance knowledge learned through 3+ years of experience
• Basic knowledge of plant material and installation procedures
• Full G license with clean abstract or CVOR
