Landscaping Crew Member (Driver)

Overview

Crew Member (Driver) – responsible for lawn mowing, clean‑ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean‑ups, and related tasks. Employees must safely and efficiently complete landscape enhancement projects on assigned properties. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Perform specific landscape maintenance tasks, emphasizing spraying weed control and other chemical applications that require licensure.
• Store, transport, mix, and apply chemicals in accordance with applicable laws.
• Follow installation instructions and plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment, tools, and supplies on the truck.
