Testing and Diagnostics

Perform thorough hardware and software diagnostic testing on incoming used and refurbished laptops. Identify faults, failures, and defects including screens, keyboards, batteries, ports, storage, and system boards. Use diagnostic tools and software to assess and document the condition of each device. Grade devices accurately according to condition and functionality.

Preparation and Refurbishment

Clean, repair, and prepare laptops to a resaleable standard. Replace or upgrade components as required, including RAM, storage drives, batteries, and screens. Perform BIOS configuration, OS installation, and software setup as needed. Ensure devices are securely wiped and data-sanitised in line with best practice.

Quality Control
