Opportunity Description
- Program, operate and maintain laser cladding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Prepare substrates by cleaning and pre-treating surfaces to ensure effective bonding.
- Select appropriate cladding materials and parameters based on job requirement.
- Apply laser cladding techniques to repair and enhance components, following work instruction and best practices.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure the integrity and consistency of cladded surfaces.
- Collaborate with supervisor & engineers to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including consumable usage and process parameters.
- Perform routine maintenance on laser cladding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and quality.
