Laser Machine Operator (CNC Operator)

Responsibilities

• Precisely set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to job specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
• Load and unload materials onto the machine, safely handling sheet metal, plastics, or other materials as required.
• Utilize strong CypCut software and nesting for effective machine programming and material optimization.
• Read engineering and fabrication drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal and steel fabrication industry.
• Currently available in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred.
