The role

The Lateral Partner Business Development Senior Manager (Rest of World) is responsible for leading the structured integration of lateral partners across all regions outside the United States during their first 24 months at the firm. The role also brings greater rigour to lateral workforce planning, business case development, integration governance and post-hire performance tracking, helping ensure lateral investment is aligned to the firm's strategic priorities and delivers measurable commercial impact.

Purpose of role

Working closely with the Global Head of Lateral Partner Integration, and alongside the Lateral Partner Business Development Senior Manager (US), this role ensures a consistent global integration framework while tailoring delivery to regional market dynamics, partner profiles and strategic priorities.
