Job Description: We are currently looking for dynamic and self motivated Laundry professionals who want to move their careers forward.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for pick up and delivery of guest laundry
- Collect laundry and dry cleaning bags from guest rooms and ensure that guest name, room number and laundry pieces are listed
- Count and verify all items as per the laundry and dry cleaning lists and record collection and delivery times and special message
- Report immediately any guest valuables / items found in pockets of clothes sent to laundry
- Check all items for damage and stains and take appropriate action to rectify these issues
- Responsible to collect and deliver outside guest laundry / dry cleaning and assist marker when necessary
- Responsible for delivering all guest items punctually and in a professional, courteous way
