Law Costs Draftsperson – Public Law & Community Care

Bhatia Best Solicitors is seeking an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join their Public Law & Community Care Judicial Review Department in Nottingham. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, office-based.

The successful candidate will be responsible for costing and billing legal aid files, preparing High Cost Case Plans, and ensuring compliance with Legal Aid rules. Ideal applicants will hold a professional qualification and possess strong drafting and negotiating skills.
