Lawyer, Banking & Finance - Permanent - 17757
Our client, a national law firm, has an immediate need for a corporate lawyer with experience in the areas of banking, finance and secured lending.
Duties
- Providing legal advice on banking, finance and corporate matters
- Advising clients on matters such as project and acquisition finance, secured lending and debt and equity capital markets
- Handling mergers and acquisitions
- Managing venture capital transactions
- Addressing general corporate matters
About You
- 3 or more years post-call experience in corporate law in private practice or in-house
- Experience in banking, finance and secured lending
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Permitted to work in Canada
