Lawyer, General Counsel Office – supporting the General Counsel on risk management, compliance, and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel in duties related to compliance, ethics, and regulatory issues.


• Assist in updating risk‑related policies.


• Provide legal advice to management and leadership.


• Provide professional development training on risk management.


• Review and comment on firm contracts with vendors.


• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda on professional responsibility and risk management.


• Answer ethics and risk management questions from firm members.

Special Projects

• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Licensed LLB / JD in good standing.
