Are you a Legal Counsel experienced in:
- Independently drafting objections and managing contentious benefits cases, including coordination with external counsel?
- Advising internal stakeholders across sales, product management, and operations on Swiss insurance law matters?
- Supporting product development - from designing new offerings to maintaining existing ones from a legal perspective?
- Building and maintaining legal know-how across claims teams, acting as a go-to sparring partner for specialists?
