Christian Children & Youth Ministry Worker Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Children & Youth Ministry of the church
- Planning and coordination of weekly Children & Youth Ministry services
- Teaching and preparation of curriculum materials for the Children and Youth Ministry
- Organizing and leading the Children & Youth Ministry events / camps / outreach programmes / mission trips
- Befriending and discipling children and youth groups
- Collaborating with the Children & Youth ministry committees through meetings held
- Attending and supporting all church wide events. These include church camps, evangelistic meetings, prayer meetings, etc.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any one of the following fields - Theology, children/youth work, counselling, education, psychology, or social work
