Implement sourcing strategies working with the global category teams to optimize supplier selection, pricing, and terms. Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply and quality of products/services. Evaluate supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, delivery, and cost. Work closely with suppliers to address performance issues, drive continuous improvement, and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
