L&D Sr Specialist - Maintenance And Technical Trainings

**Objective**L&D Specialist will be accountable for the administration, instructional design, operation andcoordination from all the laboratories, staff and programs related to Training Center Facility inGarcia.Role also will provide L&D support for Global Flexible Manufacturing System team based in Garcia (Tech Center 1 & 2).
**Main Responsibilities**- LMS / Admin Coordinator: Manages documentation, records, and KPIs.
- Operations Coordinator: Manages scheduling and physical resources - Budget management.
- Supplies management.
- Ensures 5S standards in the center.
- Ensures proper support for simulators and training equipment.
- Coordination with SMEs and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Updates programs, manuals, and curricula.
- Instructor agenda management.
- Course scheduling and planning.
- Competency-based or Kirkpatrick-type evaluation system.
- Training center KPIs (e.g., plan compliance %, NPS, ROI, scrap/rework impact, etc.).
