What You'll do
Responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
What we’re looking for
- Provides support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors, and conducts necessary research.
- Supports business development teams to expand acceptance, including the onboarding of new franchises.
- Supports participants through the semi-annual release process by managing and coordinating efforts.
- Analyses end-to-end transaction processing, and troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints.
- Mentors team members, executes department initiatives, and leads the department to ensure overall success.
- Travels up to 10% of the time as required by the role.
