Opportunity Description
Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.
•Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
•Implements and enforces maintenance standards, policies, and procedures across all
three lines.
•Monitors and ensures timely and adequate resolution of all RSD tickets and other
maintenance activities.
•Responsible in notifying the client for escalated RSD tickets.
•Responsible for all monitoring and performance reports needed by the client.
