Lead AI Engineer
Location : Buenos Aires Team : Technology + Engineering
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This project lead role will require a mix of creative technology, R&D, collaboration, and hands-on development work to deliver AI-powered tools and experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional contributors, including creative directors, UI designers, content designers, and producers. You will also play a pivotal role in representing Addition at a project level to our clients, where you will represent our work and team.

- Project Leadership : Lead the project design and development of AI Systems to power internal workflows and tools, content at scale, and digital or physical experiences.
