Summary About the position: This position is located at the Saber Pet Lodge, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position. You are required to pass a drug test; frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds; continuously stand and walk, and frequently stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for long periods of time. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to provide care to animals in the kennel service according to the direction of the owners and/or in the best interest of the well-being of the animal. The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the care of dogs, cats and other pets staying at the Saber Pet Lodge including providing food and water, handling, walking and supervising animals Will be responsible for bathing, brushing and trimming nails of animals in the kennel and grooming areas Will administer oral, topical and subcutaneous medications when required Monitors a...
