Opportunity Description
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: A degree in Chemistry, Biological Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field; an MSc or PhD is preferred.
- Specialized Formulation Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the skincare industry, with proven mastery in skin and sun care formulations and hands‑on experience in application testing (e.g., in‑vitro SPF measurements, corneometer, TEWL, etc).
- Strategic Project Leadership: A track record of leading NPD, EPD, and Open Innovation projects with a focus on scientific rigor and innovation.
- Critical Thinking & Connectivity: The ability to apply strong analytical skills to connect complex technical insights across various technologies and market applications.
- Collaborative Influence: Experience working effectively within cross‑functional, regional/global teams, using strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and meet project milestones.
