Lead RBT Wanted!
The lead RBT is a critical leadership role within the RBT Rise Program, responsible for
supporting the clinic floor operations and the development of the RBT team. This role is designed
for experienced Lead RBTs, ready to transition into a leadership role that focuses on mentorship,
clinic organization, and team development. The lead RBT will not have a consistent
client case load and will ensure that RBTs receive the guidance, resources, and support needed to
deliver high-quality ABA services.
