Opportunity Description
The Lead Engineer is CTI’s elite on-site technical resource a hands‑on expert who knows how to build, commission, and finish systems to perfection. You are as comfortable leading a team on a construction site as you are tuning DSPs, finalising code, or walking a client through their system on handover day.
You own every detail of delivery, mechanical, electrical, and software ensuring that what’s been engineered and pre‑built off‑site performs flawlessly in the real world.
You take pride in doing things properly, leading by example, and finishing with precision, professionalism, and pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Take responsibility for day‑to‑day site activity, directing technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient progress in line with CTI’s engineering standards and construction requirements.
