Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Center Based

We're seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Advanced Behavioral Therapy's Beachwood ABA Center. As a BCBA at ABT, you'll be part of a clinician-owned, dedicated team that prioritizes the needs of children with autism and their families. Responsibilities: Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments Supervise and mentor RBTs & BCBAs Review and provide feedback on treatment plans and clinical documentation Ensure all services meet ethical and quality standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Support staff with complex or escalated cases Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the C...
