About the role

The Lead Business Analyst will lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, overseeing analysis and specification activities across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high‑quality business and systems analysis that underpins effective IT solutions aligned with Trinity’s enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.

Working in close collaboration with Project Managers, technical teams, and the Product team, you will play a key role in translating business needs into technology solutions. Additionally, you will provide leadership in maintaining analysis standards, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the business analysis function.
