+ We have an opening for a full time **LEAD CHINESE COOK** position.
+ **Location:** Citadel - 915 Northwest 72nd Street, Miami, FL 33150. _Note: online applications accepted only._

+ **Requirement** : Previous Chinese and Wok cuisine cooking experience is required.
+ Strong working knowledge of wok cooking, knife skills, sauce preparation, and traditional Chinese cooking techniques required
+ Ability to execute high-volume batch cooking while maintaining consistency, texture, presentation, and flavor integrity throughout service
+ Assists the Chef de Cuisine with daily production, prep organization, hot food execution, and quality control for Chinese menu items
