Lead Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for all civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering activities.


• Lead FEED, Detailed Design, and construction engineering reviews.


• Oversee foundations, structural steel, earthworks, drainage, roads, and site infrastructure.


• Manage engineering consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary interfaces.


• Identify and mitigate geotechnical, constructability, and brownfield integration risks.


• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.


• 12–15 years' experience, including 7+ years in Lead/Senior Civil Engineer roles.


• Strong mining, mineral processing, or large industrial project background.
