What you will do
1. Own the student journey, end to end
Guide students in Grades 9 to 12 on profile building, shortlisting, and positioning for universities in India and abroad
Build and execute personalized application strategies and roadmaps tailored to each student's strengths
Mentor students through essays, interviews, and every high-stakes moment in between
Keep timelines tight and quality high across a concurrent student portfolio
2. Be the face families trust
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents throughout the process
Run regular check-ins, manage expectations with empathy, and navigate pressure moments with calm
