Lead Consultant - Commissioning

WSP USA is initiating a search for a Full-time a Lead - Commissioning for our Raleigh, NC office. Other locations in NC and SC will be considered.

Provides support to technical staff, engineers, and project managers to validate construction, integrity, operability, and the commissioning of building systems and facilities projects in the public and private sector. Tasks may include basic assistance with the planning, directing, coordinating, testing, and commissioning and retro commissioning of building systems including HVAC, steam, compressed air, chilled water, plumbing, and automation. Generates accurate and concise reports and documentation regarding assigned equipment configuration, optimization studies, system functional testing, readiness testing, and the transition from the construction phase to full operations.
