ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Customer Training Instructor will be responsible on delivering a world-class technical training experience to our controls-upgrade customers. This involves the customization of training material to meet customer objectives and target audience. It also involves the customization of simulation software to site-specific application along with class workshops and labs. This role requires interacting with customers, training coordinators, project managers, project engineers and other functions. The instructor will directly work and report to the global customer training leader to deliver quality training for CSS customers. The lead instructor role will be responsible for material updates, equipment health checks, licensing of software, shipping equipment back after each class, communicating with customers and closing out projects for final revenue recognition.
