Lead, Cyberbank Core Engineering — Scale & Deliver

Kickstart Seed Fund is looking for a hands-on engineering leader to join the Cyberbank Core team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will manage and grow a high-performing software engineering team, driving delivery and collaboration with the Product team to define and build key features for banking software that supports a post-fiat world.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of programming experience and at least 5 years in a management role, with a strong understanding of Continuous Delivery principles. You'll be essential in scaling resilient systems at Kickstart Seed Fund.
