We’re looking for a Lead Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment
What You’ll Do
Lead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for Farm machinery
Take products from idea → prototype → field validation → production
Manage and mentor a small multi disciplinary engineering team
Work closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams
Drive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditions
Continuously improve existing machines based on field feedback
What Actually Matters
Proven experience in Development of Machines (Automation & Robotics)
Experience leading Engineering teams (4–5 people)
Strong fundamentals ...
