Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process from inception through delivery.
- Coordinate between Design, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and external consultants.
- Develop innovative technical solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Chair design meetings and lead quality assurance reviews.
- Mentor and support design team members to drive excellence.
