  • Conceptualising and Operationalising Incentive Payout structure and R&R programs 
  • Creating last mile visibility around initiatives to drive higher participation & achievement of organisational imperatives
  • Build the intelligence to track Industry performance & best practices
  • Operate within defined variable budget
  • Identify trends and analyse performance to understand the effectiveness & efficacy 
  • Identifying automation/digitisation needs and evaluate/anchor implementation of the same
