Our client is a leading financial services organisation building out a Distribution Transformation Management Office. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of distribution, product, technology, and change — governing the enterprise-wide transformation portfolio and ensuring every initiative is insight-led, field-connected, and value-aligned. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, integrate distributor feedback into prioritisation decisions, and drive accountability from field teams to executive forums.
