At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program is our commitment to supporting our team members personally and professionally.  As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including:

• Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
• Access to The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
• Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
