Lead Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering (30%): Lead the electrical engineering input for client RFP responses collaborate with the Sales team to design, cost, and defend technical solutions that meet specific client requirements. Lead and coordinate other trades and to ensure that the proposed solution is holistic and complete.
Technical Design & Calculation (15%): Oversee high-level design for HV/MV/LV systems, power generation, and storage perform and review critical calculations including copper losses, arcflash, harmonics, and battery runtimes. Ensure that other disciplines electrical requirements are captured, real and reasonable.
Stakeholder Consultation & Negotiation (15%): Negotiate with end-users, operators, and local governing bodies to develop viable engineering solutions for site selection and project delivery.
