Lead Engineer in Power & Energy Systems (Vehicular Platforms)

About the Role

As the Senior Army Engineer (Power & Energy Systems), you will serve as a commissioned officer and specialist engineer within MES, anchoring the power and energy engineering domain for all Army vehicular platforms. From tracked systems like MBTs and AFVs to wheeled combat vehicles and specialised support fleets, you will ensure their propulsion, power-generation, distribution, and sustainability systems are optimised, resilient, and future-ready. Your remit spans lifecycle engineering, hybrid/electric powertrains, energy storage systems, and sustainment engineering to maintain operational availability and reduce logistical burdens.
