Lead Engineer - Manufacturing Excellence

**What you’ll do:**

As the Lead Engineer – Manufacturing Excellence, you will lead the deployment of manufacturing excellence across multiple manufacturing sites by integrating Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industry 4.0 capabilities. You will partner with plant leadership and functional teams to drive operational excellence, standardize best practices, and build sustainable continuous improvement capability aligned with Eaton’s Continuous Improvement System (ECIS).

+ Lead manufacturing excellence deployment across multiple plants aligned to ECIS.
+ Develop and execute multi-plant manufacturing excellence roadmaps.
+ Drive Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, standard work, SMED).
+ Partner with Plant Managers to identify systemic losses and replicate best practices.
