Lead Engineer, Mechanical

**Job Description Summary**
• Lead and contribute to mechanical design projects. Familiar with 3D design software to create detailed models and drawings.
• Lead technical design reviews for concept solutions, detailed designs, and evaluation of results with cross-functional and/or global teams.
• Lead development activities at supplier end e.g., tooling and ensure successful outcomes.
• Perform design integration, verification, validation, FMEA, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability analysis/ testing.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Understand key business drivers and adhere to GEHC standards, industry standards, Medical device safety, and regulatory requirements
