Job Description Customer & In-Process Quality Engineer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer & In-Process Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across customer-facing and manufacturing operations in an EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for reducing customer complaints and returns, improving in-process quality performance, strengthening quality systems, and ensuring compliance with customer and ISO requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EMS and Aerospace industries, hands-on expertise in quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, process monitoring tools, and customer quality management. Key Responsibilities Customer Quality Management Drive reduction of customer complaints, customer returns, and RMA occurrences.
