**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Lead Architect** to help shape digital strategy and the target technology ecosystem. In this role, the architect will contribute to the evolution of the target architecture toward business capabilities that are modular, composable cloud-native services on modernized infrastructure. The architect will partner with domain architects to design target banking platforms that promote reuse, resiliency, agility, and customer centricity.
The architect will be a strong technologist who can operate both broadly and deeply, with the ability to work across domains through an understanding of available technology and tools and demonstrated expertise in solution architecture practices. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and possess strong communication, sound judgment, and reasoning skills.
