Location: Pune, India (Support EU Markets)

We are looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) Architect to join the Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services (GBS) organization. In this role, you will be part of the Global Salesforce competence center, supporting the Salesforce platform from Pune. You will take end-to-end technical ownership of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) capabilities for the Legal & Regulatory (LR) division across Belgium, Netherlands, and LSW markets (5 countries).

You will:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) solutions aligned with business and platform goals.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable Lead to Revenue solutions.
  • Design and implement RCA capabilities including product configuration, pricing, subscriptions, and contract lifecycle management....
