Lead Enterprise Risk Officer

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo Bank International (WFBI) is looking for an Enterprise Risk lead in the International Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance (SP&G) team.

As a key member of the International Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance (SP&G) team, you’ll work closely with the International Risk SP&G Senior Manager, and other leaders across International IRM to drive a holistic risk management approach, ensuring strong governance and oversight.

This is an opportunity to shape policies, drive strategic initiatives, and play a pivotal role in the International SPG team

**In this role, you will:**

+ Participate and develop, implement and monitor risk based governance programs to identify, assess and mitigate risks across lines of business and risk domains in multiple risk categories for Enterprise Risk
