Service Excellence
* Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
* Achieve personal and store service, sales, and membership goals.
* Demonstrate and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products and partner product lines.
* Perform 40-50 minute services, including:
* Facials
* Extractions
* Dermaplaning
* HydraFacials
* Procell
* Lash lift & tint
* Brow waxing & tinting
* Tweezing
* Scalp massage
* Recommend enhancements and additional services when appropriate.
* Analyze and treat acne clients following Face Reality Acne Protocol, and sell corresponding products and packages.
* Use Boulevard POS for booking, notes, rebooking, and client records.
* Follow all state-board sanitation, safety, and hygiene procedures.
