In this leadership-driven position, you will leverage over 15 years of infrastructure estimating experience while collaborating with various teams, including construction and project administration. Your primary role involves accurate costing, effective communication, and fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. You will also contribute to continuous improvement in estimating practices and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders
• Communicate with subcontractors for pricing
• Perform digital and 3D take-offs using software
• Review specifications and manage project risks
• Mentor junior estimation staff for skill development
Requirements:
• Certified Engineering Technologist designation or equivalent
