Expeditor (m/f/d)
Location: Visp or Stein, Switzerland (3 days on-site in Visp or Stein, 2 days home office)
Duration: 01/06/2026 to 31/05/2027
Responsibilities
- Ensure the material and package reporting systems are kept up to date in the Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for allocated packages.
- Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) of expediting packages meets the KPI targets set by the department.
- Ensure all Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) are received on time and shared promptly with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely notification to suppliers in case of delayed MPRs.
- Coordinate with third parties for expediting interventions.
- Share weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders.
- Support Order Management in processing expediting-related invoices.
- Prepare MIS reporting for the department.
