Lead, Finance

The Lead, Finance reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations for the Business Unit. This role leads monthly financial closing, budgeting, taxation, audit compliance, treasury, and financial systems management, while ensuring strong financial governance and accurate reporting. The role supports commercial and operational decision‑making in a fast‑paced manpower services environment, including local and overseas billing and intercompany transactions. The Lead, Finance manages day‑to‑day accounting activities, oversees payables and receivables, and works closely with other Finance teams—particularly Intercompany Reporting—to ensure timely book close, transaction accuracy and compliance with Group reporting requirements.
