Lead, Finance (R2R)

NTU Shared Services (NSS) Finance delivers end-to-end finance services across the University, supporting operational excellence, governance, and strategic decision-making. The Record‑to‑Report (R2R) function is a core pillar responsible for financial reporting, accounting integrity, and data governance.

This role leads the R2R function covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Master Data Management, ensuring accurate and timely financial close and reporting. The position also drives process optimisation, automation, and transformation initiatives, positioning R2R as a strategic finance partner. Success will be reflected in stronger close discipline, improved reporting quality, enhanced data governance, and measurable progress in process optimisation and digitalisation across the R2R function.
