Lead FP&A Analyst

This role is geared toward someone who likes to go beyond the numbers and truly understand what’s driving them.

A Columbus-based organization is looking for a Lead FP&A Analyst to take on a highly visible role supporting both finance leadership and operational teams. You’ll be working with large sets of data, building out models, and helping guide decisions, but just as importantly, you’ll be expected to tell the story behind the numbers.

There’s a strong emphasis here on partnership. You won’t be sitting in a silo; you’ll be working directly with stakeholders across the business to help them plan, forecast, and better understand performance.
