Description

Lead the Global strategy, design, and execution of functional capability-building and learning programs for Operations, Procurement and GBS. Translate business priorities into scalable capability solutions that drive performance, enable behavior change, and strengthen organizational effectiveness globally. Ensure learning interventions strengthen critical skills, improve performance, and support business priorities through scalable, measurable, and modern learning solutions.

· Co-own and evolve the global capability roadmap aligned to business strategy for Operations, Procurement and GBS.

· Define functional capability frameworks for Operations, Procurement and GBS (skills/competency models, proficiency levels, role-based learning paths).
