Core Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok
  • Funnel Optimization: Build and A/B test high-converting landing pages , Leads Generation Ads , lead magnets, and conversion paths.
  • Lead Nurturing: Set up automated email marketing sequences and workflows to move prospects from awareness to sales-ready.
  • Data & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and ensure generated leads meet quality standards.
  • Create content postings and manage with a schedule, artwork creation using Canva, Snappa or other effective alternatives.
